SALES POLICY
AND
GUARANTEE
OUR GUARANTEE:
We guarantee that all our animals are in good health at time of purchase. They will show no signs of illiness like diarreah, nasal or eye discharge, or any other defects unless otherwise stated.
We will guarantee our animal(s) for ten days from date of purchase. Any sick or dead animal will be replaced with another animal that is equal to the purchased animal. Proof will be required. No cash refunds will be given.
All through we try our best at sexing baby bunnies they sometimes can be tricky and a mistake can be made. If this does happen we will exchange or correct the problem, even if this means refunding your money.
WE WILL NOT GUARANTEE:
Any sick or dead animal that has been mistreated, been improperly housed, or improperly fed. We will give you all the guidance and help that you will need to avoid any of the above conditions. If you have any questions at any time about your animal please feel free to contact us. We want to make you as happy and knowledgable as possible, with and about your new animal.
PAYMENT:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to hold an animal. This deposit needs to be sent by check or money order within seven days of the agreement. The remaining balance can be paid for at pick-up with cash or money order. We also hold the right to cancel any sale at any time for any reason.
ANIMAL PICK-UP:
Buyers are responsible for picking up or arranging transportation. We will assist in any way that we can to make a smooth transaction. I will bring any animal that is paid in full to any show that I may be attending.
POLICY:
We hope everyone understands the above policies. We hold the right to change and update these policies at any time. These policies have been put in place to protect our animals and our rabbitry. We will help to resolve any issue that may occur. Please respect our animals and treat them well!
